Rehabilitation Services
Physical therapy (PT) involves restoring independent and safe mobility. Our therapy directors are interdisciplinary in their approach, developing a comprehensive program.
Lifestyle Services
Care and healing involves more than just the physical and medical aspect. For that reason, our Social Service coordinators and Activities Director collaborate to develop opportunities and activities for residents to interact with each other and their loved ones.

We are open for visitations based on the direction provided from the local department of health. Visitation COVID Screening Acknowledgement Form must be filled out prior to arrival and at every visit. Proof of COVID Vaccination required (or) provide a negative COVID rapid antigen test preformed at facility. *Facility does not provide Rapid COVID antigen test.
